This incident took place on Sunday 28th July 2024 on Halifax Road. The vehicle involved was a white Peugeot Boxer van which was travelling at speed.
The police dealt with the driver for the offence – RT88576 Driving without reasonable consideration to others and was offered an Educational Course which the driver completed.
