In this edition we take a look at a dangerous close pass incident on Park Road in Elland.
The driver, who was travelling at speed, overtook and close passed the cyclist, despite oncoming traffic which caused the driver to stay fully in the cyclists lane.
The incident took place on Sunday 28th July 2024 and the vehicle was a black Toyota Yaris.
The police dealt with the driver for the offence – RT88576 Driving without reasonable consideration to others and was offered an Educational Course which the driver completed.
